Hi!
Welcome to my blog! I’m a daughter of the King of Kings, who has heard His challenge to “loose the chains of injustice, set the oppressed free and break every yoke” (Is 58:6). As a Christian my passion is to offer the healing and wholeness that Jesus brings to everyone I meet. I long to be a Repairer of Broken Walls (Is 58:12), especially for the most marginalised in society. This year I am taking a year to discover more what God is calling me to by serving Holy Trinity Leicester as part of Leicester Diocese ministry experience scheme and the New Wine Discipleship Year. My internship has a community focus, serving those rejected by, or on the margins of, society, for whatever reason, because I have seen God’s grace and mercy to me in my lowest and worst moments and long for those I work with to discover that for themselves.
Why don’t you join me in my exploration of how broken walls might be repaired and the healing and wholeness of Jesus brought to the most broken of lives? I’ll be blogging about various things, from aspects of my ministry and the challenges that brings, how God has been speaking to me recently, teaching from the New Wine sessions and reflections on the Bible.
Sian 🙂
